Mission & Vision
Mariann Home is a non-profit long-term care home owned by the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood and operated by Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario. The home is licensed to accommodate 64 long-term care residents. Mariann Home provides a caring home for those requiring significant assistance. Inherent in the care of our residents is the Christian dignity, worth, and individuality of each individual we serve.

Our Mission
Based on the recognition of man's essential dignity and eternal destiny, this home is concerned with meeting the health of the people in this community.

Christ's love for man was demonstrated by His healing of the sick; so the Catholic Home must serve as men in charity, regardless of race, creed, or ethnic background.

What We Offer:

Nursing and personal care on a 24 hour basis, including care given by or under the supervision of a registered nurse or a registered practical nurse, the administration of medication and assistance with activities of daily living.

Medical care that is available in the facility. Supplies and equipment for personal hygiene and grooming, including skin care (lotions, powders, shampoos, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, denture cups, cleansers, toilet tissue, facial tissue. These supplies are basic and family may give the residents their favourite brands). Meal service and meals, including three meals daily, snacks between meals and at bedtime. Special and therapeutic diets, dietary supplements and assistive devices for self-feeding. Social, recreational and physical activities and programs, including related supplies and equipment.
Hands
Rehabilitation services and some related supplies and equipment. Bedroom furnishings, hospital-type adjustable bed with head and footboards are provided for all residents, adjustable bed rails, bedside table, and a comfortable chair. Mattresses, pillows, bedding and linen, towels and washcloths. Equipment for the general use of residents including wheelchairs and geriatric chairs, canes, walkers, toilet aids and other self-help aids for the activities of daily living. Laundry, including labelling, machine washing and drying of personal clothing.
